A RESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF CITY/COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF FLO1LIDA, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A LOCAL AGENCY
AGREEMENT AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS RESOLUTION WILL TAKI~
EFFECT.
WHEREAS, The State of Florida Department of Transportation and St. Lucie County desire
facilitate The Walton ~ Road Construction Project; and,
WHEREAS, The State of Florida has requested St. Lucie County, Florida, to execute and de
to the State of Florida Department of Transportation a Local Agency Agreement for the
aforementioned project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County/City Commissioners of $
Lucie County, Florida, that the Chairman is hereby authorized to make, execute, and deliver
the State of Florida Department of Transportation a Local Agency Agreement for the
aforementioned project.
