ARTICLE III
The powers of the Associatian ohell include and be governed by
the follawing proviaions:

the terme of these Articles of Incorpor$tion or the Co~daminium Act.
3.2 ~e Aesociation ahall have all of the pva?ers and duties •
set forth in the Condamin~um Act except ae limited by these Articles of
