The Bylaws of the Associatinr? ahall be adapted by the Board
of Directors and may be eltered, amended or rescinded in the mannsr
provided therein.
ARTICLE XI
Arnc~ndmenta to these Articles of Incorporatiari shall be proposed
and adopted in the following manner:
11.1 ~lotice of the subject matter of a propo~ed amendment shall
be ineluded in the notice of any meetipg at which s prapoeed amendment ia ~
to be considered.
1i.2 A resolution for the adoptian of a praposed a~en~en~ msy
be praposed either by the Hoard of Directors or by the m~nbers of the
i Asaociation. Directors and membera not present in person or by proxy at
~ the meeting considering the amenclment may exprees their approval in ~rriting,
~ provided such epproval is delivered to the Secretary at or prior to the

~ meeting. bccept as el8ewhere prc~vided : .
~ (aj Such agprovale cc~st be by not lese than two_thirds

~ of the entire mernberahip of the Bosrd of Directore and by

~ not leas than fifty_os~e (S1~ percent of the votes of the

~ (b) By not less than two_thirds of the votes of the
~ entire membership of the ~acciation.
~ 11.3 Provided, hawever, that no amenc~rnent shall make any changee

~ in the qualifications for me~ership nor the voting rig,~ts of the members,
~ nor any change in Section 3.3 of Article YII, without apprwal in writing
~ by all members and the ~oinder of ell record awners of mortgages on the

Cor~dominium lfiits. '~o a~nendment shell be made that is in conflict with
~ the Condacninium Act or the Declaretion of Co~daninium. '-:o amendment shall

11.4 A capy of each amen~nent ehall be filed with the Secretary
