27. Solv~~nc oF LF~s ~te. If, during the terms of this
Lease. (a) the L~ssee sha 1 mdke an assignment for the benefit
of creditors; or (b) a voluntary or involuntary petition
shall be fil~~d by or against the Lessee under any law having
for its purpase the adjudication of the Lessee as a bankrupt
or the extcnsion of the tim~: of payment,composition, adjust-
ment, modification~ settlern~:nt ar satisfaction of the liabil-
ities oi th~- Lessee or the rearyanization of the Lessee; or
(c) a perm~?nent receiver b~ aFpointed for thE property of the
L~ ~~•~t ; ~r,y ycv~~r,m~ r.`,.al duthcrity shGll take possession

th~: Condominium, this Lease, at the option or the Lassox, shall
