closure, slidll nct be liable or obliaated in any way by the
prcvisions of this section, but the grantee of any such instit-
utional mortgagee shall be fully liable and obligated for the
payment of a proportionate share of the rental due and attrib-
utable ta su~:; c: ndor~iniurn unit during such period of time as the
c~n:iomir.iur~ ur,it shall be c:.cupied by a tenant or lessee hclding
under, by or through such institutional first mortgagee.
34. W~iv~-r of [{i hts. The failure of the Lessor to enforce
any cavenant, ob igation or agreement of the Lessee herein con-
tained shall not constitute a waiver of the right to dq so there-
after, nor shall it constitute a waiver of the right to enforce
any other covenant, obligation or agreernent herein contained.
35. Arr«,ndments. Once recorded, this ~linety-Nine Year
- L~asa may not be a~nended except by instrument in writing exec-
uted by the parties hereto~ duly recorded in the Public Records
of St. Lucie County~ Florida. ~
