O R D E R
.
THIS CAUSE cominq on to be heard upon petitioner's request
for a temporary hearing in the above-styled dissolution of
marriage, and the respondent, by and through his undersigned
attorney,having no objection, it is therefore,
ORDERED that sole custody of the minor child is awarded
to the petitioner, ELSIE MAE WHITE; that the respondent, JOHN•
ttiTESLEY WHITE, is ordered to forthwith pay to petitioner the sum

~ of FIFTY and 00/100ths ($50.00) DOLLARS as temporary attorneys•
f fees; that the respondent is ordered to pay the house rent and

£ cable television for the petitioner; that the respondent is to

~ pay for the minor child's kindergarten; that the respondent is

~ further ordered to pay to the petitioner the sum of FIFTEEN and

~ 00/100ths ($15.00) DOLLARS per week for the support of the child,
~ beginning on January 29, 1974. ~

~ IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the respondent, JOHN WESLEY WHITE,

~ is enjoined and restrained from coming about, molesting, harming

~ or annoying the petitioner, ELSIE MAE.WHITE.
