This matter coming on to be heard upon motion of
C. R. McDONALD, JR., for motion to withdraw in the above-styled
cause, and the Plaintiff, JAMES D. REVELLE, not appearing to ~
, object to said motion, and it appearing to the undersigned

' Judge that the said C. R. McDONALD, JR. has not been reimbursed
! his out-of-pocket expenses in this cause, and is entitled to
withdraw, and the attorney for the Defendant having no objection
thereto, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That C.R. McDONALD, JR. be, and he is hereby
permitted to withdraw as counsel for the Plaintiff.
~ 2. That the trial scheduled for Tuesday, February S, ~
1974, at 2:00 P.M. is cancelled and said cause will not be
redocketed for trial until the Plaintiff sha11 have either filed
an appearance in his own behalf or has obtained other counsel.
