corporation under the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Thomas R.
Condon and Anna C. Condon, h i s wi fe dated Apr i 1 27th 1971 , and ~eco~ded
in the public records of St. Lu~ie County, Florida, in Official Record Book 192 on page
1300 , securing the payment of the sum of
