ASSOCIATION OF RIVIERA BEACH, a corporation existing under the laws of the United States of America, hereinafter
called the Mongagee, which tecm as used in every instance shall include the Mortgagee's successors, legal representa-
tives, and assigns, as party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration of the aggregate
sum of money named in the promissory note of even date herewith, herei~afier described, the Mortgagor dces grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey, and confirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, the following dexribed
real estate, of which the Mortgagor is now seized and possessed, and in actual possession, situate in the County of

TOGETHER with all structures and improvements now and he~eafter on said land and the fixtures attached
thereto and all rents, issues, proceeds, and profits accruing and to accrue from said premises all of which are included .
within the foregoing description and the habendum hereof. Also all gas, steam, elect~ic, water and other heating, -
cooking, refrigerating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating, irrigating, and power systems, machines, appliances, #ixtures
and appurtenances, which now or may hereafter pertain to or be used with, in or on said premises, even though they
may be detached or detachable.
IT IS P1IUTUAIIY COVENANTED AND AGREED by and between the parties hereto that upon request of the Mort-
gagor, the Mortgagee may hereafter, at its opiion, at anyt~me within twenty (201 years from the date hereof and be-
fore full payment of this mortgage and notes secured hereby, make further advances to the Mortgagor and any such
further advances, with ~nterest, shall be secured by !his mortgage and shall be evidenced by an add~tional note then
unpaid, and the total amount of indebtedness that may be secured by this n,ortgage may decrease or increase from time ~
to time, but ths total unpaid balance so secured at any one t~me shall not exceed the max;mum pr~ncipal sum of '
