This cause came on for trial the 30th day of January, 1974,

and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, i

finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties ~

and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and ~

; wife now exists betWeen the parties; and that the marriage between ~

i the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It 4

is thereupon f
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: }
1. That the Default heretofore entered by the Clerk
of this Court against the Husband, JIMMY L. PAULEY, be and the -
same is hereby approved, ratified and con~irmed. ~

2. The marriage between JINII~+iY' L. PAULEY and GINEVRA ~
S. PAULEY be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and ~

each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony ~

heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
3. The Agreement admitted into evidence is hereby in-
corporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to
