~ of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists be~

tween the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is ~

irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon, ;

- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows : ;

l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between EUGENE ~

HUNTER and BEVERLY HUNTER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and

~ the parties. and each of them are hereby forever freed from the '

bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the ~

' obligations arising therefrom.

j !i 2. CUSTODY. Custody of GENE HUNTER, KIMBERLY ANN HUNTER

; ~ and KENNY BOB HUNTER, minor children of the parties, is hereby ~

~ awarded to EUGENE HUNTER with reasonable visitation rights
a reserved to BEVERLY HUNTER. _ F
