~ TO AAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together ~aith all and singular the tenements,
~ hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in at~yr~rise ap~ertaining, and
~ the reversion and reversions, remainder or remainders, rents, issues and proYits
y thereof, and also all the estate, right, title, interest, property, possession, claim
~ and demand Whatsoever, as Well in laW as in equity, of the said Mortgagor in and to S.

~ And the Mortgagor hereby covenants ~rith the Mortgegee that l~e is in-
<; defeasibly seized of said land in fee simple; that he has full po~er and la~l right
to corrvey the same in fee si~ple as aforesaid; that it shall be lavfu~l for the
° Mortgagee at all times peaceably and quietly to enter upon, hold, occupy and en~oy ~
