O R D E R
This cause coming to be heard on January 30, 1974 on
the Wife's Motion for Contempt Order, and the Court having heard
argument of counsel and informal statements of the Husband and
the Wife, and being advised in the premises, ~

It is therefore ORDERED as follows: ~
l. The Husband shall have no liability to furnish to .
the Wife the first eight (8) items of personal property listed ;

! in Paragraph 2 on the second page of the Final Judgment herein .

~ dated December 27, 1973.

; 2. The Husband shall satisfy the requirement of Para-
t

~ graph 3 of the Final Judgment by paying to the Wife the sum of
~
~ One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars in the following manner: Five ~
~
~
~ Hundred ($500.00) Dollars now which was paid this day in open
~
~ court by the Husband to the Wife and Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars
~
~ on or before February 20, 1974. The payment shall be made at the ~

~ law office of Willes, Bittan & Willes, 201 South Second Street,
~ Fort Pierce, Florida.

3. In satisfaction of Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment

herein, the Husband shall pay to the law firm of Willes, Bittan
&.Willes the sum of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars per month with

~ the first payment due March 1, 1974, until the full sum of ~
