1362 in the County Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida,

lately pending, wherein Marsha Kay Company, a Florida corporation,
is plaintiff, and Winfield Bowman, Jule Bowman and Mary Gebler, ;
d/b/a Chinaberry Tree, are defendants, and wherein final judgment
was entered on behalf of the plaintiff Marsha Kay Company, dated ~

May 25, 1956, at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, signed
~ by the Honorable Flem C. Dame, and which said judgment was

E filed of record on May 25, 1956 in County Court Minute Book_12,

€ page 469 and in Judgment Liens Book 4, page 221;

~ Has received full, complete and final satisfaction of said
~ final judgment, and the Clerk of the said County eourt, and the
