. This cause came on for trial the 31st day of January, 1974, and
the Court havinP ~iven full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines; This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and sub~ect
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage betKeen the parties is
irretrievabl.y broken and should be dissolved. It is.thereupon
