not delay the trial of this cause.
4. Plaintiff's List of'Exhibits ~vas presented and exhibits of the
respective charges concerning the minor Plaintiff were presented to Defendants,
and there was no objection on the part of the Defendants as to any of the bills.
5. Copies of the hospital records of Fort Pierce A4emorial Hospital,
Inc. , and Good Samaritan Hospital in ~Vest Palm Beach were presented. All
objections wei•e reserved until the time of trial by the respective parties. It was
agreed that there was no necessity for calling the Nledical Records Custodian
provided that the Defendant FORT PIERCE R~ILMORIAL HOSPITAL, INC. , would
have at the trial the original records of the FORT PIERCE 1ViEMORIAL HOSPITAL, '
INC. concerning ~VILLIANI RAY A1~'I~~IUNS, JR. It ~vas further agreed that the ~
Hospital would have x-rays of the Plaintiff, ~'~'ILLIAM RAI' AA~[1~~IONS, JR. , present
