EULA L. TAYLOR, Wife.
FINAL ~UDGI~IENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial December 20, 1973, and the
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now ex-
ists between the parti~s; and that the marriage between the parties
should be dissolved. It is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between ROBERT J. TAYLOR and EULA L.
TAYLOR be, and it is hereby dissolved, and that the parties and each
of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony hereta-
. fore existing between them, and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. The Court does hereby find and determine that the ~~Tife
is in need of rehabitated alimony, and it is ordered that the total
sum of $1,000.00 be paid to the Wife as rehabitated alimony which

; shall be payable, beginning January 18, 1974, by the payment of

f $50.00 per month, and a like sum of $50.00 thereafter until the total
: sum is paid in full.

{ 3. The Court finds that the parties are the owners as
tenants by the entirety for the following described real estate:
; PARCEL 1: Lots 19 and 20, Block 30, SUNLAND GARDENS,
F as recorded in Plat Book 8, page 32, of
~ the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. ~
PARCEL 2: The South 6.0 feet of Lot 4, all of Lot 5,
and the North I2.0 feet of Lot 6, Block l,
of BLAKELY SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 10, page 50, of the
. public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. -
