That upon entrance of this decree the parties.shail be tenants in
common to the above described property.
4. That the Court determines the sum of $350.00 to be
reasonable for the ~aife's attorney, Gerald S. James, for his services
herein and each party shall bear their own court costs herein except
the Court Reporter's attendance at final hearing in the sum of
$25.00 and it shall be born $12.50 by each litigate hereunder.
5. That the Husband is hereby ordered to convey all
right and title to the 1971 Volkswagen automobile owned jointly by
the parties unto the Wife subject to the outstanding Ualance due
and owing on this vehicle-which shall be the sole responsibility
of the ~9ife.
6. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto
is retained for the entry of such fur~her orders as may be proper.
