NOTICE is given that on the lst day of February ,
1974, in the Circuit Court in and for St.~Lucie County,
Florida, there was instituted a suit in equity by STEPHEN
NIKITAS and KATHERINE NIKITAS, against PAUL PRAPPAS and
MARGRET PRAPPAS, defendants. The•land involved in that
~ suit is that certain piece, parcel or tract lying and being
in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follows:

; Lot 176 of Unit 3, MARAVILLA GARDENS, as per
~ plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, at page 62,
~ of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
~ LESS the East 42 feet thereof for Florida State Road
~ No. 4(U. S. Highway No. 1)
~ The relief sought is the specific performance of a
