FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION

This cause came on to be heard before me this day on the
motion of the petitioner for Final Judgment of Adoption, and it
appearing to the Court that the Petitioner is a fit and proper
person to adopt the minor children sought to be adopted and that
the best interests of the child will be premoted by the adoption
and that the children are suitable for adoption by the Petitioner,
WILLIAM JAI~S ATKINSON, and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is ~ ~
ADJUDGED that the minor children knawn as Tina Louise Jones
•
and Floyd Euqene Jones II, are declared to be the legal children
of the Petitioner and are given the name of Tina Louise Atkinson
and Gene William Atkinson, by which name they shall hereafter be
~ known, and it is
ADJUDGED that these children shall be the childzen and legal
~
heirs of the Petitioner, William James Atkinson, entitled to all
; rights and privileges, and subject to all obligations of a child ;
born to Petitioner, William James Atkinson, in lawful wedlock.
