- ORDER ON MOTION TO DISMISS
This cause came on to be heard upon the motion of the
defendant to dismiss the complaint on the grounds that
the plaintiff had failed to ioin indispensible parties,
to wit, the custodian of the minor plaintiff, Lula Collins
and/or his sister, Shirley A. Jones, or in the alternative

~ for the Court to enter an order adding the said Lula Collins
~ and Shirley A. Jones as parties plaintiff; and__counsel
~ -

~ for the respective parties having been heard, and the Court
~ being du3.y adivsed in the premises, it is thereupon
~
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said motion be and the
~ same is hereby denied in its entirety. It is further
~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said defendant shall file
~ his answer to said complaint within fifteen (15) days from
~
~
the date hereof. .
