This cause was heard upon the verified Amended Petition
for Adoption filed in this cause, and petitioner, RAYMOND R. WILSON,
having acquired custody of the minor from his wife, EILEEN M. WILSON,
the natural mother of the minor, on July 14, 1973, the date petitioner
and the natural mother were married in Fort Pierce, Florida, and the
petitioner, RAYMOND R. WILSON and the natural mother, EILEEN M. WILSON,
being husband and wife and living together, and the natural father
of the minor sought to be adopted having died in the State of
Kentucky on July 24, 1968, and it appearing to the Court that the
Petitioner is a fit--and proper person to adopt the minor child, and

~ that the best interests of the child will be promoted by the adoption,
~ and that the child is suitable for adoption by Petitioner ,~ItAY1~i0ND R.
~ WILSON, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is

i ADJUDGED that the minor child known as SANDRA GAY PARSONS

j is declared to be the legal child of the Petitioner, RAYMOND R.

! WILSON, and is given the name of SANDRA GAY WILSON by which name
; she shall hereafter be known, and it is
