- This cause came on for trial the 31st d~y of January, A.D., 1974,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
~determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and sub3ect matter of

this suit; that the relation of husband and ~ife noW exists between the parties;
and that tre ~arriage betWeen the parties is irretrievab],y broken and should be
~dissolved. It is thereupon

the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby foreve
