F.ach m.aker and endorser further agrees, ~ointly and severally, to pay a11 costs of col-
2ection, including a reasonable attorney's fee in case the principal of this note or any
payment on the principal or any interest thereon is not paid at the respective maturity thereof,
or in case it beco~es necessary to protect the securitp hereof, whether suit be brought or
not. -
This note ~ deferred interest payments shall bear interest at the rate of 8 7; per cent,
ser~i-anaually from c?aturity until paid.
This note is secured by a mortgage of even date herewith and is to be con-
strued and enforced accordin~ to the laws of the State of Florida; upon default in the payment
a~ principai and/or interest due on any note secured by said Mortt~a~e, all notes so secured
and rec~aiaing unpaid shall forthwith become due & payable notWithstanding their tenure.
