TEMPORARY RELIEF ORDER
.
This cause coming to be heard on the Wife's prayer for
temporary custody of the minor daughter, LOREN REBECCA RUSS, and
the Court.having heard testimony of witnesses and of the parties,
and being advised in the premises,
It is therefore ORDERED that the Husband, JOHN LEONARD
RUSS, shall have custody of the minor daughter of the parties,
IAREN REBECCA RUSS, pendente lite, subject to the visitation right .
; of the Wife at all reasonable times and places. Upon stipulation

~ of the parties, the Wife's visitation rights specifically include
k •
j the right to have the minor daughter in her care for a 24 hour
period each weekend after which, she shall return the minor
~
~ daughter to the Husband.
