This cause came on for trial the 4th day of February, 1974,
and the Court, having given full consideration to all the evidence, ~

' finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
; and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
~
` wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between

~ the parties is irretrievab~y broken and should be dissolved. It is

~ thereupon

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as followG:

s l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between EDWARD
a
~ EDEL and MARY EDEL be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
~

~ and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
x
~ heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
~
~
~ therefrom.

2. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of $350.00
~

to be reasonable for the wife's attorney for his services herein and
~
~
~ the Husband is ordered topay said attorney said sum together with
cos~s herein assessed at $50.50.
~y 3. JURISDICTI~N. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be

proper .
