amount of $ 767.53 , less escrow credit in the amount of
$ 85.22 , leaving a balance of $ 682.31 interest due;

mortgage insurance premium; $ ,mortgage insurance pre-
mium; $ -0- advance for 19 County taxes; and $ 55.00 ~
Court costs; making the total of $ 19,689.95 due to the plaintiff.
(3) That the equities of this cause are with the plaintiff.
(4) That a lien is held by the plaintiff for the sum specified
in the preceding paragraph, superior in dignity to any right, title,
interest or claim of the defendant(s) in the above-styled cause upon

I, Lot 116, SHERATON PLAZA, UNIT TWO, REPLAT,
according to the Plat thereof~as recorded in
