In consideration of the payment to me/us.by you of $1.OQ and other good and valuable consideration which
t/we have received, 1/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to you and your successors an easement
for the c:onstructio~, operation and maintenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables,
oonduiis and appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconst~uct, improve, add
to, change the size of or remwe wch facilities or any of'them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or
cables of any other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other
obstructions that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our pro-
perty described as follows:
The Southwest Quarter of Section 5, Township 36 South, Range 39 East,
St. Lucie County, Florida; LESS canal and road right-of-way.

Seven guying easements 10 feet wide by 45 feet long. the point of
beginning of the centerline of said 10 foot wide easements to be at
the South right-of-way line of Midway Road and extending Southerly
for a distance of 45 feet. The points of beginning to be approxi-
mately (1) 40 feet, (2 ) 393 feet, (3 ) 7~3 feet, (4 ) Z, 093 feet ~ _
(5) 1,1F40 feet, (6) 2.140 feet~ and (7) 2,490 feet West of the
Quarter Section line of Section 5, Township 36 South, Range 39 Ea.st,
St. Lucie County, Florida.
