of Florida, which has been assigned all the right~ and reservations
of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORATION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, q
and LAKE INDRIO CORPORATION, said A~~ignment beiRg recorded in
Official Record Book 186, page 2035 in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That there h.a~ been an Affidavit filed again~t certain
lot, block, and uni~ ~umbers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for
nonpayment of maintenance fees assessed, said Affidavit being
recorded in Off icial Record Book, 2~8 page 563 , Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. -
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.,
hereby relea~e, ~ati~fy and forever diQcharge the said Affidavit
now on record again~t the following property, since ~aid 3rrearage
has now been paid:
