of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORATION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION C4RPORATION,
and LAKE INDRIO CORPORATION, said As~ignment being r~corded in
Official Record Book 186, page 2035 in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That there ha~ been an Affidavit filed against certain
lot, block, and unit numbers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for
nonpayment of maintenance fees asses d, said Affidavit being
recorded in Official Record Book, 1~~ page 563 , Public

3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.,
