KNOW ALL MEN BY THESS PRESENTS:
That whereas on the 30th day of December, 1969, C1yde
W. Gibosn executed and delivered to G. W. To1in and Lu1a E. Tolin,
their certain mortgage deed to secure a note for $9,250.00, which
said mortgage is recorded in yortgage Book 181, page 2836, of the

Whereas said note and alI interest thereon has been
