O R D E R
This cause coming to be heard on January 28, 1974 at 9:00
a.m. for an Order adjudging the Husband, JAMES EWEEL KELLY, in

contempt of court for failing to abide by the Final Judgment
heretofore entered in this cause on March 30, 1973, and the Court
~ having heard testimony of the parties hereto, argument of counsel
for the respective parties, and being fully advised in the premises,

' It is, thereupon, ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:

; 1. The Court finds and determines that the Husband,
i ~
; JAMES EWEEL KELLY, is in arrears in his payments to the Wife,
~
~ LILLIAN H. I~LLY, as of the c~ate of hearing in the sum of $800
~
~
~ for the support of the children named in the Final Judgment; that
~
~
~ the Husband has failed to give evidence to the Wife of the com- ~
~
~
¢ pliance with paragraph 12 of the Final Judgment whereby the minor
~
~ children~are to be made the irrevocable beneficiaries on the life
~ ~
~ insurance policies until the youngest clhild becomes 21 years of ;

~ age, said policies being on the life of the_Husband; that the
Husband has,failed to pay the college tuition for PAUL B. KELLY
r3 for the second semester of the 1973-1974 school year at Indian
. River Community College and has further failed to pay the $5.00 ~
