KELLY, Wife ~ ~ ~ O R D E R This cause coming to be heard on January 28, 1974 at 9:00 a.m. for an Order adjudging the Husband, JAMES EWEEL KELLY, in , contempt of court for failing to abide by the Final Judgment heretofore entered in this cause on March 30, 1973, and the Court ~ having heard testimony of the parties hereto, argument of counsel for the respective parties, and being fully advised in the premises, i ~ ' It is, thereupon, ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows: i ~ ; 1. The Court finds and determines that the Husband, i ~ ; JAMES EWEEL KELLY, is in arrears in his payments to the Wife, ~ ~ LILLIAN H. I~LLY, as of the c~ate of hearing in the sum of $800 ~ ~ ~ for the support of the children named in the Final Judgment; that ~ ~ ~ the Husband has failed to give evidence to the Wife of the com- ~ ~ ~ ¢ pliance with paragraph 12 of the Final Judgment whereby the minor ~ ~ children~are to be made the irrevocable beneficiaries on the life ~ ~ ~ insurance policies until the youngest clhild becomes 21 years of ; ,x Fy _ ! ~ age, said policies being on the life of the_Husband; that the Husband has,failed to pay the college tuition for PAUL B. KELLY r3 for the second semester of the 1973-1974 school year at Indian .
