2. That the Husband, JAMES EWEEL KELLY, is hereby '
held in~contempt of this Court and sentenced to serve 90 full '
days in the St. Lucie County jail at Ft. Pierce, Florida; that !

said sentence is hereby suspended upon the condition that the
Husband, JAMES EWEEL I~LLY, within thirty days from the date of
• this Order shall: (a) pay to the Wife, LILLIAN H. I~LLY, the
child suFport now in arrears; (b) that the said Husband, JAMES
EWEEL I~LLY, shall pay to the son, PAUL B, KELLY, the second
semester college tuition and cost of books for the Indian River
Community College at Ft. Pierce, Florida and shall pay to the son,
PAUL B, KELLY, the gasoline allowance now in arrears; (c) that the
Husband shall give evidence to the Wife of compliance with Para-
graph 12 of the Final Judgment as to the irrevocable beneficiary
on the life insurance policies on the life of the Husband at the
time of the entry of thc Final Judgment in this cause;
3. Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties hereto
is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
4. That a copy of this Order shall be furnished to counsel
