~ Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
~ anywi4e appertaining, and also all buildings, strucWres, additions and improvements, now or at any time hereafter
erected thereon, together with and inciuding all of the boilers, machines, heating plant, lighting plant, and all
~ plumbing apparatus, fixtures, appliaaces, ventilating equipment, toilets, basins, electric heating and lighting
z plant~ Gghting fixtures, power machinery, plant or plents for running and operetion of passenger or other elevators,
~ inciuding passenger and other elevators, venetian blinds, refrigerators, ranges, awnings and shutters, now or hereafter
located in the building upon said land, and all other machinery, appliances and apparatus now or hereafter placed on said
premises, either in renewa) or replacement of fiztures, machinery, appliances and appurte~ances originaUy installed on
said premises, in connection with the completion thereof or in addition thereto which may hereafter be placed upon the
above described land, which said fixtures, machinery, appliances and appurtenances the Mortgagor warrants shall be
free from any encumbrances, retention of title or other claims in favor of any other person and that this deed shall be a
- first lien thereon.

seid land in fee simple as aforesaid: that it shal! be lawful for the Mortgsgee at all times peaceably and quietly to enter

that the Mortgagor will make such further easurancee to perfect the fee aimple title to said land in the Mortgagee ae may ~
reesonably be required; and that tbe Mortgagor hereby fully warranta the title to said land end will defend the same
