BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
C. R. McDONALD, JR., who, being duly sworn, says that he is the
attorney for the lienor herein, GORHAM CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, whose
address is Post Office Box 6, Okeechobee Road, Fort Pierce, Florida,
and that in pursuance of a contract with WALTER KASSUBA REALTY

COMPANY, lienor furnished labor, services or materials consisting
of a total value of $31I,654.91, of which there remains unpaid the
sum of $39,742.84, and furnished the first of the same on February 26, •
1973, and the last of the same on January 24, 2974, on the following
described real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, owned by
WALTER KASSUBA REALTY COMPANY, 350 Royal Palm Way, Palm Beach, Florida
