A G R E E M E N T
KNOIV ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that COLONNADES CONDOMINIU~1
ASSOCIATION N0. l, a non_profit Florida corporation, hereinafter known
as $le Association, and FT. PIERCE CONSTRUCTION CORP., a Florida corporation,
h~reinafter kno~an as the "Owner", for Ten Dollars and other good and valu_

able consideration, t}ie receipt and sufficiency ~vhereof are hereby acknocv-
ledged, stipulate and agree as follows:
1. It i~ hereby acknocvledged and confinned that Ft. Pierce '
Constniction Carp. is the otaner and 1$wful operator of those certain docks, -

cvalkcvays and tie poles affixed to and located~adjacent to the property

described on Sciiedule "A", whirh is attached hereto and made a part hereof. '
2. That ~t. Pierce Construction Corp. hereby stipulates and
agrees to at.all times be responsihle for the operation~ repair, maintenance
and care of said docks and~~'agrees to indemnify~~nd save harmless the _
Association from any loss or damage whatsoever, cahich said Association may

` incur from the operation, use and existence of said docks', walkways,and

f and insurance
~ tie poles, and will further pay a11 taxes & utilities~in connection w
~herewith.
; 3. Ft. Pierce Construction Corp. agrees _~hat said docks shall not

be rented to other than otaners, tenants, or lessees tliereunder, of dc~elling

~ units located cvithin the Colonnades Condominium CorrrPlex.

i 4. Ft. Pi:~rce Construction Corp, agrees to at all ti^~es keep said

~ docks, walk~ays ai~d tie poles•in good, clean condition and shail not permit

~ the premises to be used in any;unkept or untic~y manner. -
~ T}iIS AGREEMENT shall he bindin~ upon the heirs, successors and
~ .
~ assigns of the parties hereto and shall be construed as a permanent
~
