KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the Board_ of County

Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, the owner and holder
of those certain liens in the amount of $421.85,$259.60,$421.85

and $177.28 held against Mary Bailey, Mary Alice Bailey and Mary
A. Bailey filed March 20, 1967, August 29, 1967 and October 22, 1970,
and recorded in OR Book 165 at page 636 and 637, OR Book 168 at
page 40 and OR Book 187 at page 2496 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, encumbering the following described
real property in said'County, to-wit: ~
Lot 8, Block 6, Eldorado Subdivision as recorded ~
in Plat Book 8 at page 2 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie Caunty, Florida
for and in consideration of the suin of $1.00 and other good and
valuable considerations to it in hand paid by Mary Alice Bailey,
- the owner of said property, and Daisy Schmitt, the owner of the
following mortgage, has and does hereby make its aforesaid liens
subordinate and inferior to that certain mortgage from Bobby Lee
Bailey and Mary Alice Bailey, his wife, to Daisy Schmitt, dated
