to the plaintiff from the defendant(s y on the mortgage indebtedness
described in the Complaint the sum of $ 18,069.04 , together with
interest thereon from the lst day of June , 19 73 ~
at the rate of 8 1/2 $ percent per annum,said interest being
computed as oaf the lst day of February , 19 74 , in the
amount of $ 1,030.96 , less escrow credit in the amount of
$ 426.55 , leaving a balance of $ 604.41 interest due;
$ 250.0~ , attorneys' fees; S 91•68 , prorated earned
mortgage insurance premium; S ,mortgage insurance pre-
mitun; S advance for 19 County taxes; and $ 62,50 ~
Court costs; making the total of $ 19,077.59 due to, the plaintiff.
(3) That the equities of this cause are with the plaintiff.
(4) That a lien is held by the plaintiff for the sum specified ,
in the preceding paragraph, superior in dignity to any right, title,
interest or claim of the--defendant("s) in the above-styled cause upon

according to the Plat thereof as recorded

Judgment are not forthwith paid, the Clerk of the Court shall sell
that property at public sale within the legal hours of sale on the
