and fully compensate the persons lawfully enti~led to compensation,
as will be determined ultimately by a Final Judgment of the
Court, and which said sum of money to be deposited is in compliance
with Chapter 74, Florida Statutes, and all laws appertaining.
3. That said sums of money in the amount of $18,403.00 ~
and $2,400.00, respectively, shall be deposited in the Registry
of this Court within twenty (20) days after the date of this
Order. Upon making such deposit, the Petitioner shall notify, in
writing, all the attorneys of record for the defendants that the
deposit has been made and that the Petitioner is entitled to
possession of the property described above without further notice
~or Order of this Court. ~
4. If the Petitioner shall default in the depositing
of said sums of money within the time provided, this Order shall
be void and of no further force or effect.
