ORDER ON COMPROMISE AND FINAL JUDGMENT ~
The parties hereto, by and through their attorneys, having
submitted a compromise and settlement stipulation to this Court
for its approval, and the Court being of the opinion that the
sum of $].,400 to the minor, through his father, is a fair, ~full
and adequate consideration for said minor as a result of the ac-
cident resulting in injuries involved herein, and the Defendant
denying liability therefor and that the settlement is beneficial
to the said minor, and the Court being fully advised in the pre-
mi.ses, it is thereupon;,
ORDBRED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, MARK NNSGRAVE, a
minor, by and through his father, next friend and natural guardian,

! do have and recover From the Defendant THOMAS A DRISCOLL, tne sum

~ of $1,400, it is further,

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that upon payment of the said s um in
~ tne aforesaid manner, that JAMES MUSGRAVE, as father, next friend
~ and natural guardian of said minor shall give a full and complete
? satisfaction and release of this judgment to the Defendant; it is
