herein "Nortgagor," whether singular or plural, in consideration of conveyance
of real property hereinafter described by YENTURE OUT IN AMERICA AT INDIAN
RIYER, INC. (forn~erly known as HOLIDAY OUT IN AMERICA AT ST. LUCIE, INC.), herein
"Mortgagee," and to secure payment of the baiance of the purchase price by Mort-
gagor obligated to be paid, as evidenced by promissory note fully identified
