Judgment and the Court having been advised that the matter
has been settled between the Plaintiff and the Defendants, i
Oscar F. Heil and Yvonne I. Heil, his wife; Robert M. Jernigan
and Jacqueline R. Jernigan, his wife; HENRY M. JERNIGAN and
ETHELYN JERNIGAN, his wife, and that there remains only the
Defendant GISELA C. ROTTER and the Court having read the plead-
~ ings and the depositions filed herein and otherwise being

~ fully advised in the premises, the Court finds as follows:
~ l. That this cause be dismissed as to the Defendants
; Oscar F. Heil and Yvonne I. Heil, his wife; Robert M. Jernigan

~ and Jacqueline R. Jernigan, his wife; Henry M. Jernigan and
~ Ethelyn Jernigan, his wife. ,
~ 2. That the title of the following described property,

to-wit :
~ A-1 of Blocks U,V,W,X,Y and Z of the Plat of Blocks
~
~ i T,U,V,W,X,Y and Z of the NorthBeach Subdivision, as
~ ~ per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8 at page 28
~ of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

~ Together with all the lands and accretions heretofore
~ or hereafter acquired lying East of said Blocks and
~ West of the High Water mark of the Atlantic Ocean and
further including riparian or littoral rights thereunto
~ appertaining.

~ Gisela C. Rotter and that the Pl~tiff, Anita Mae LaPrade is
hereby decreed to be the owner in fee simple of the aforesaid
