FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
This cause came on to be heard before me this day on
motion of the Petitioner for Final Judqment of Adoption, and it
appearing to the Court that the Division of Family Services,
Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services for the State of
Florida, has filed its recommendation in regard to a Final Judgment

of Adoption, recommending that permanent custody of the children ~ ~

known in these proceedings as BUZZ ALLEN HOLMES and PATRICIA DAWN ~
HOLMES, be given to the Petitioner and the Court now being advised ~
in the premises, finds: ~

1. That the Petitioner, CHARLES DONALD DYKES, is a fit ;
and proper person to adopt the children named in the petition~ and :
that the best interests of the said child will be promoted by said f

adoption. g
2. That the said children are suitable for adoption by
the said Petitioner. ~

(a) That percaanent custody of the children known.as ~

BUZZ ALLEN HOLMES and PATRICIA DAWN HOLMES in conjunction with his
wife, JANICE ANNE DYKES, the natural mother of the children to be
adopted, who has consented to the adoption of these children by
her husband, CHARLES DONALD DYKES.
(b) That the said child now known as BUZZ ALLEN HOLMES
is given-the lawful name and shall be henceforth be known as CHARLES
ALLEN DYKES. ~
