FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION -
This cause came on to be heard before me this day on
motion of the Petitioners for Final Judgment of Adoption, and it
appearing to the Court that the Children's Home Society of Florida,
an agency licensed by the Division of Family Services, as a child
placing agency, has filed its recommendation regardinq a Final
Judgment of Adoption, recoimnending that permanent custody of the
child known in these proceedings as DAVID HENRY SMITH, be given to
the Petitioners, and the Court now being advised in the premises,
finds:
1. That the Petitioners, BERNARD ARLINGTON SMITH and
MARY ESTHER SMITH, his wife, are fit and proper persons to adopt
the child named in the petition, and that the best interests of
the said child will be promoted by such adoption.
2. That the said child is suitable for adoption by the
said Petitioners.
It is therefore, upon consideration,
; ORDERED AND ADJUDGED

(a) That the permanent custody of the child known
, as DAVID HENRY SMITH in these proceedings be and the same is hereby
given to BERNARD ARI,INGTON SMITH and MARY ESTHER SMITH, his wife.
(b) That the said child now known as DAVID HENRY SMITH •
is given the lawful name o£ and shall henceforth be known-as DAVID
AENRY SMITH. '
