O R D E R
This cause coming on to be heard at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday,
February 7, 1974, on Wife's telegram to the Court on the date of
January 5, 1974, requesting a six (6) months continuance and the
Court being fully advised and the Wife failing to appear, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Wife's motion for six months
continuance be and the same is hereby denied.
That the Wife shall have twenty (20) days from date of
~ this Order to file additional answer and/or affirmative pleadings.

~ This cause may be set for trial by either party following
the twentl~ (ZO) day period herein above granted for filing additional
answer by the Wife. ~ ~
