The petition of Augusta G. Vinson;:, formerly Augusta H. :

Graves, for app~oval of her final returns and for ~inal diecharge
as administratrix of the estate of John L. C~raves, deceased, coming
on tbie day to be heard; and it appearing that due and legal notice
of the filing of said returns a.nd of intention to make said applica-
tion for final discharge has been published as required by law and
that the said Augusta G. Vinson:, as administratrix aforesaid, has
faithfully administered the estate of said deceased and has ac-
counted for all the assets of said estate and performed all other
acts necessary and proper in the administration of the said estate,
