The petition of Augusta G. Vinson., formerly Augusta H.
Graves, as administratrix of the estate of John L. Graves, de- ~
ceased, for an order of final discharge coming on this day to be
heard; and it appearing that the final returns of the said person~l
representative have been approved, that an order of distribution
has beeu entered, and that distribution has been made in accord-
ance with said order and with the law, that evidence satisfactory
to the undersigned County Judge that such distribution has been

representative is entitled to an order of final discharge; and the
