1. A one-fifth (1/5) interest in and to the North One-half (N~) oi the
Southeast one~-quarter (3E~) of the Northwest one quarter (NW~) of
Section 28, Townahip 35 South, Range 38 ~ast, less all rights of way com+ _
prising twenty (20) acres more or less. ~

according to the Plat thereof on file in Plat Book 2, at page 10, of the
public records of St. I~ucie County, Florida; less and excepting therefrom
the South 60 feet. '

ing therefrom the South 60 feet. ~
