1. A one-fifth (1/5) interest in and to the North One-half (N~) of the
Soµtheaet one-quarter (STs~) of the Northwest one quarter (NW~) of
Section 28, Township 35 South, Itange 38 Sast, less all rights of way com-
prxsing twenty (20) acreB more or less.
Together with a 14 foot (14') permanent easement for drainage purposes
