S. Petitioner desires to sell Parcel B at private ~
sale for the sum of Thirty One Thousand Dollars (~31,000.00) for e
the entire parcel in which the said minor has an undivided one-
fifth (1/5) interest and from which the said minor will receive
the sum of Six Thousand Two Hundred Dollars (s6,200.00) for the k
said one-fifth (1/5) interest less real estate commission and
expenses of sale. The terms of this sale shall be Eight Thousand ~
Nine Hundred and Ninety Dollars (58,990.00) in cash at closing ~
and the balance of Twenty-Two Thousand and Ten Dollars (~22,010.00)'
secured by a Purchase Money Note and Mortgage payable in five (S)
equal annual installments of Four Thousand Four Hundred and Two
Dollars (~4,402.00) each together with interest at the rate of
6 ercent er annum said payments to commence one (1) year from ~

date of closing. A copy of the Contract for Sale is attached
hereto as Exhibit B and made a part hereof.
6. Petitioner desires to sell Parcel C at private
